About me
Hi! :)
I'm Coach Ingo, a counseling psychologist, certified stress management trainer, and mindset coach. After suffering through personal trauma (loss of freedom of mind in a mind control cult), prolonged excessive work stress, and an agonizing 6 months of burnout, unable to work or do anything, or even care, I decided to study the phenomenon, heal myself, and help others do the same.
I completed my master's degree in counseling psychology with a thesis on "Cult Trauma and Recovery" (Library of Congress) in 1996. Over the past 30 years, I have studied and experienced various therapies, from clinical psychology to alternative healing methods, on my self-healing journey. I've been able to help many clients in private and clinical practice with the methods I have found.
The way we see a problem is the problem. Hence, changing our perspective, frame of reference, and mindset, is part of the solution, and the reason why having a coach or therapist by your side is so helpful.
